Town centre unit update - Prolific offender behind bars

Town Centre Team update: 

Another busy week last week tackling repeat shoplifters in the town centre, 

Two prolific offenders have now faced the consequences of their actions: 

CHRISTOPHER OSBORN - 18 week suspended sentence for mulitple shop thefts from local stores. 

TRACEY SMALLEY  - 34 weeks behind bars, following several shop thefts and an assault on an emergency worker in May. 

We`re committed to protecting our businesses, supporting victims and ensuring offenders are held to account. 

We know how frustrating and costly theft is for businesses and individuals, and we will continue to take action to keep our town centre safe,
